Bull Guardian of Clean Food: this art installation by Elina Mansurova symbolizes Nutrient Farm's commitment to clean food and is a tribute to Biodynamic Preparation #500 Cow Horn Manure. In front of the Guardian is Nutrient Farm's Horn Manure Pit. Guardian Bull is a 12' tall humanoid figure with a bulls head built completely of drift wood from the Colorado River. #500 Cow Horn Manure is a Biodynamic Preparation that vitalizes soil, stimulates root growth, builds humus, enlivens soil microbial life and helps ground the plant in the forces of growth and reproduction. |
