Thank you for shopping at Nutrient Farm! We practice Biodynamic Organic agriculture in New Castle, Colorado, committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality grassfed Akaushi Wagyu beef, USDA Organic produce, and other farm products directly to your door.
Because many of our products are perishable, we take extra care with packaging and shipping to maintain quality and safety.
#### Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday).
- Perishable orders (including fresh or frozen meat, produce, dairy, etc.) placed after **noon MST on Thursday** will be shipped the following **Monday** to ensure optimal freshness.
- During peak seasons or high order volume, processing may take longer . We will notify you if there is any significant delay.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
#### Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We ship nationwide within the United States using reliable carriers (primarily UPS or FedEx) with insulated packaging and ice packs to keep products properly chilled or frozen.
- **Standard Shipping**: 3–7 business days from shipment date (most continental U.S. addresses) for non-perishable products.
- **Expedited Shipping**: Available at checkout for 1–2 business days for perishable products.
**Important for Perishables**:
We only ship perishable items with air shipping and on **Monday through Thursday**. This helps prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or remote locations.
#### Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
We do not currently offer free shipping on any order thresholds. Rates are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
**Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories**: Shipping is available but more expensive due to higher carrier fees. Contact us for a quote if needed.
**International Shipping**: We do not ship internationally at this time.
#### Local Delivery and Pickup Options
- **Local Pickup**: Available at our office location in New Castle, CO. Select this option at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time.
- **Local Delivery**: We offer local delivery in the Garfield, Mesa, Eagle and Pitkin Counties in the Western Slope area. Check availability at checkout or contact us directly.
#### Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Please monitor your tracking information closely, especially for perishable orders, and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
#### What Happens If My Package Is Delayed or Damaged?
- If your order arrives damaged or thawed, please contact us **within 24 hours** of delivery with photos.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly (replacement or refund where possible).
