Goat Shoulder Roast Bone-in

Usually the shoulder is turned into a grind. This roast saves the shoulder for a low and slow cooking experience either roasted or in a crock pot. Due to it's mild gamey flavor, it's best to add strong aromatic spices like basil, onion, garlic, and tarragon.
