Frenched back is perfect for cookouts and finger food. The exposed bone allowed the eater to easily  hold and clean the bone. After seasoning this cut, it can be grilled or baked for your next get-together.

The livestock are slow-grown the way nature intended; never speed-grown by feeding cake, corn or soy.
