Since the shoulder is the most used part of the goat it is perfectly marbled with fat to make it roubust in flavors. It can be grilled or pan fried to bring out the dellisous flavor profiles of fat and protien.

Nutrient Farm Goat is grassfed, grass finished, pasture-raised, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and humanely raised. The goat spend their lives outdoors grazing the pasture, but have access to an insulated livestock barn for shelter. Only organic grass seeds are ever planted in our herbicide-free / pesticides-free pastures.
