Nutrient Farm's pastures are certified USDA Organic.  Cattle are 100% grassfed, grain-free, vaccine-free (NF born) and many other extraordinary Raising Claims.  100% grassfed usually contains less fat than grain-fed beef, but contains up to 500% more Omega-3 fatty acids than grain-fed beef, equating to far superior nutritional quality.  Product will be randomly +/- 0.05 Lb. than listed weight.
